Step-by-step
- From the Fire TV home screen, open Find (the magnifying glass) and search for your player app in the Amazon Appstore. If it is listed, install it and skip to step 5.
- If the app is not in the Appstore, install the free Downloader app from the Appstore instead.
- Go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer options › Install unknown apps and turn it on for Downloader. If Developer options is missing, open Settings › My Fire TV › About and select your device name seven times to reveal it.
- Open Downloader, enter the official download link for your player app, then install it when prompted.
- Open the player app and choose the option to add a playlist or log in.
- Enter the login details from your welcome message exactly as written, then save.
- Wait for the channel list and TV guide to load. The first load can take a minute.
Only download apps from the developer’s official website or an official app store.
